Yoga & Brunch at Milton’s!

Join us on Sunday October 8th for a wonderful 45-minute outdoor yoga class in Milton’s garden followed by brunch! This class will be taught by Kim Saunders and is open to all levels of practice, including beginners. No experience necessary! Students will want to bring a yoga mat, and other things to bring might include a towel, hat, sunscreen, water, etc.

After our yoga session, enjoy brunch at Milton’s which includes a mimosa bar, fresh juices, muffins & biscuits, and a brunch buffet including quiche, avocado toast, bacon or sausage, and an assortment of other breakfast items.
