Milton’s property encompasses a beautifully restored home with private rooms, sprawling lawn, expansive patio and on-site garden, Milton’s Acre. Our in-house professionals will custom tailor each event to create a timeless experience for guests. The rental fee varies dependent upon the season, the day of the week and time of your event. Our sales manager will be happy to quote rates when you come for your individual tour of the grounds.

Weddings

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails offers a serene setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our historic 155-year-old farmhouse provides the perfect backdrop for a sophisticated Southern wedding with vintage charm. Stay outside for the reception and host a seed-to-fork dining experience in the garden for your guests. Chef Derek Dollar will work with you to create a personalized experience, selecting dishes that highlight your tastes and the season’s freshest ingredients. Choose from brunch-style dining, passed hors d’oeuvres or “action” stations and don’t forget the bar with classic cocktails and signature libations.

Milton’s Acre

Milton’s Acre is perfect for chef’s tables, wine tastings, birthdays, and corporate events.  The garden has recently expanded to one full acre.  Our garden features fresh heirloom vegetables and herbs used nightly in the kitchen.  Events in the garden are unique and your ideas can be discussed with the events coordinator on a case by case basis.

CAROLINE GOIN

Events Coordinator, Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails

As the events coordinator for Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, Caroline Goin is responsible for executing all aspects of private event and meetings held at the popular restaurant in historic Crabapple. She has worked for Milton’s for the last decade, during which she has been able to embrace her love of food while working directly with guests.

“I want my guests to have a smooth and easy event so they are able to truly enjoy their time with family and friends,” Goin says of the kinds of experiences she strives to provide.

Goin holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Kennesaw State University as well as a culinary arts degree from Chattahoochee Technical College where she was recognized as a “Culinary Student Rising Star” in Flavors magazine.

Milton’s has an extra special place in Goin’s heart. She married her husband Jeff at Milton’s, and they now live in Canton with their children Bridgett and Jack. When not orchestrating memorable events at Milton’s, Goin enjoys taking her dog for long walks or planning surprise outings for the kids.
